Description

The subject of the contract is the valuation of property located in the agricultural property of the State Treasury and under the control of the National Agricultural Support Centre, Land Branch in Olsztyn and purchased by the National Agricultural Support Centre, Land Branch in Olsztyn on the basis of the Act of 11.4.2003 on the formation of the agricultural system (uniform text: Dz.U. 2019 item 1362) (hereinafter referred to as "the valuation of property", on the territory of the poviat of Braniewski, działdowski, elbląski (poviat and city with district rights), iławski, nidzicki, nowomiejskie and ostródzki. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in Chapter III of the ToR and in the material provisions of the contract, which are attached to the ToR.
