a.arrangement of the interior for the purposes of organizing the exhibition, according to the scenario of the exhibition and the executive design,b.purchase, delivery and assembly of furniture, equipment and AV and IT devices and systems, installation of artifacts, models, other artistic and interactive installations according to the design, along with the transfer of copyrights and granting the license also to the source materials necessary for preparing the content of the exhibition, which are not part of the Employer's collection,c.purchase, delivery, installation and configuration of software and systems for controlling equipment and managing the exhibition,d.design of information and visual identification system and its implementation at the stage of creating individual elements of the exhibition arrangement and scenography, together with transferring material copyrights and granting the license also to source materials necessary for preparing the system and not being part of the Ordering Party's collection,e.e.development and production of multimedia content according to the guidelines specified in the detailed designs and exhibition scenery, transferring the economic copyright and granting the license to the source materials necessary for the preparation of the multimedia content which are not part of the Ordering Party's collection,f.development and production of audiovisual materials promoting the new exhibition on the basis of elements included in the container mentioned in item e. above, transferring the economic copyright and granting the license to the source materials necessary for the preparation of the multimedia content which are not part of the Ordering Party's collection f.development and production of audiovisual materials promoting the new exposition, based on elements included in the container mentioned in item e. above, together with transfer of copyrights and granting the license also to source materials necessary to prepare the above mentioned materials and not being part of the Ordering Party's collectiong.preparation of as-built documentation, instruction manuals for the permanent exhibition, installations and devices created and mounted within the framework of the order, as well as training of the Ordering Party's employees,h.granting quality guarantee and warranty for the constructed object of the agreement.Due to the necessity of staging the works on the exhibition, this order concerns the implementation of stage I. The scopes of both stages have been marked in the exhibition scenario and in the design of scenery and furniture. The designs of multimedia content and arrangement of AV stands have been prepared only for Stage I, currently in progress. The execution of Stage II shall be the subject of a separate procedure.The subject matter of the contract shall be executed in compliance with the applicable regulations and current technical knowledge, and pursuant to the terms and conditions specified in the Terms of Reference, Exhibition Scenario, Execution Plans and Contract Agreement.All elements comprising the subject matter of the contract (including each element manufactured or supplied by the Ordering Party) shall ensure complete safety of operation for all its users, provided that the exhibition elements and other equipment included in the contract are used correctly (in accordance with the Contractor's markings). The Contractor shall be liable for the functioning of the subject matter of the agreement as well as for any damage caused to the Ordering Party or third parties as a result of operating or using the exhibition elements. The Contractor shall provide users with appropriate access to the instructions for the safe and correct use of the exhibition (relevant information, markings, warnings and recommendations shall be placed in a visible manner on the elements of the exhibition).

The Contractor shall ensure that the users have proper access to the instructions for the safe and proper use of the exhibition (the relevant information, signs, warnings and recommendations will be placed visibly on the elements of the exhibition). 2. The order is co-financed by the European Social Fund (agreement for funding of the Project entitled: "Revitalization, conservation, restoration and adaptation of the historic palace and park in Jarocin" No. RPWD.04.04.01-30-0065/16.04.01-30-0065/16-00 concluded on 3rd January 2019 as part of the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme for 2014-2020 - Priority Axis 4 Environment Measure 4.4 Preservation, protection, promotion and development of natural and cultural heritage - Sub-measure 4.4.1 Investment in the area of cultural heritage of the region with an annex.3 The subject matter of the contract has not been divided into parts. The contracting authority does not allow for partial bids.4 The contracting authority does not allow for variant bids or bids in the form of electronic catalogues.5 The contracting authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in art. 214 par. 1 item 7 of the Public Procurement Law.6 Pursuant to art. 95 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority does not require that a contractor or subcontractor hire people to perform services which are the subject of the contract during the contract performance based on a contract of employment.7 A detailed description and method of performing the contract is provided in Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.8If the design documentation and the drawings indicate the origin (brand, trademark, manufacturer, supplier) of materials or standards, approvals, specifications and systems referred to in art. 99 par. 5 of the Polish Telecommunications Law, the Contracting Authority shall allow for offering equivalent materials or solutions, provided that they guarantee proper implementation of the works and ensure obtaining of technical parameters not worse than those assumed in the above mentioned documents.
