The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum ("USHMM" or "Museum") seeks audiovisual design and production services for a new temporary exhibition on the subject of the ongoing persecution of the Rohingya in Burma/Myanmar (the "Rohingya Exhibition") to be held at the Museum in Washington, DC.

The Rohingya Exhibition will open on January 31, 2020 and will remain on view for 18 months. A brief description of the Rohingya Exhibition is included in Exhibit B. Please note that three different types of media production -- audio only, short film, and an audiovisual immersive -- are required for the Rohingya Exhibition, each requiring qualifications and skills specific to those elements. Although the Museum hopes to issue a single firm, fixed price contract against this solicitation, USHMM reserves the right to make multiple awards to fulfill these requirements. USHMM shall make its selection(s) on a best value basis.
PLEASE NOTE: USHMM has scheduled a mandatory (online) pre-bid discussion for Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at 10:00 AM ET, limited to up to two (2) representatives from each Potential Offeror, by prior registration. To attend, e-mail Bruce Falk (BFalk@ushmm.org) on or before July 31, 2019 at 5:00 PM ET with the name, title, and contact information (i.e., e-mail address and phone) of each participant and the name of the firm they represent. USHMM will follow up with confirmation and connection instructions.
We look forward to receiving your proposals!
