The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to Gartner Inc., 56 Top Gallant Road, Stamford, CT 06902, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The EOUSA anticipates award of a Task Order, on a sole source basis, to Gartner, Inc. for the Executive Programs: CIO Essentials(license), to provide research and analysis on Information Technology, computer hardware, software, communication and related technology industries. The period of performance is anticipated to be 12 months.
EOUSA requires in-depth research, analysis and advisory services for insights into areas such as Business Intelligence, Identity Management, Project Management, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and related Subject Matter Expertise. EOUSA's unique mission requires specialized Information Technology (IT) services for the government. EOUSA specifically requires options that provide IT insights, which deliver a broad spectrum of access to IT data, research and advisory services to meet essential mission requirements. These services must be comprehensive in the areas required by EOUSA; the research must be validated in the government environment, and the analysts must be available to consult with EOUSA on a very broad range and appropriate level of depth of IT topics.
This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Terri Long-Miller, Contracting Officer, at terri.long-miller@usdoj.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
