Description

In the course of the partial new construction of the Robert Koch Gehrden GEH II clinic, 7 different construction measures are to be implemented as part of the preparatory measures.These are in detail the measures:- M05 Terrain work KRH (area: approx. 208 m2),- M06 Earthworks relocation and decommissioning of private disposal lines (RW/SW). Masses integrated in M05,- M07 Earthworks relocation and decommissioning of supply lines private (local heating), (area: approx. 210 m2). Masses integrated in M05,- M08a Access road emergency room (area: approx. 903 m2),- M08b Earthworks connection line gas tank (area: approx. 80 m2). Masses integrated in M05,- M09 Construction of set-up area for gas tank (area: approx. 23 m2),- M13 Fire brigade driveway and slope stabilisation (area: approx. 2013 m2).
- Demolition works: Excavation and reinstallation of topsoil: approx. 1,400 m3,- Excavation and reinstallation of soil works: approx. 6,000 m3,- Concrete angle retaining walls approx. 140 m,- Earthworks for pipeline construction: approx. 400 m,- Sewer pipes for combined and waste water: approx. 400 m,- Outdoor lighting Pole lights- Road, square and path surfacing: approx. 850 m2,- Gravel lawn areas as fire brigade access: approx. 700 m2,- Embankment erosion protection measures: approx. 550 m2,- Lawn and seeding work: approx. 1 200 m2.
