Description

Construction of the outdoor facilities of the future Technical Tax Office in the course of the conversion of an existing 11-story building and the construction of a 3-story annex. The size of the work area is approx. 2,800 m2 plus three roof terraces on the 1st floor with a total area of 330 m3 as well as an area of approx. 1,700 m2 to be levelled and sown with grass. The services mainly comprise the construction of concrete and natural stone paved areas, lawn and planting areas and the planting of greenery on underbuilt areas. Furthermore, drainage facilities, fencing, retaining walls, general fixtures, etc. are to be supplied and installed. Outside the building site, 10 trees are to be planted in the public street space.
