Description

The objective of the present contracting includes the complete realization of the Soil Mechanics Study, Topography and Risk Report for El Pilón Camp, commune of Coronel and Torres and Bassaur Camp, commune of Talcahuano, according to the procedures that the technical unit, in this case SERVIU Biobío Region, hereinafter SERVIU, has for this purpose and the celebration of the respective contracts until the approval of the contracted service.

This service is framed within the plans and programs of the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism, the Housing Emergency Plan and the interventions carried out by the Precarious Settlements Program in the Biobío Region and contemplates the performance of the studies that will provide the technical background to support the development of the intervention on the land where the El Pilón campgrounds in the commune of Coronel and Torres and Bassaur in the commune of Talcahuano are located, to advance in the process of settlement of both camps and specifically in the case of "El Pilón" to ratify the acquisition of the land within the framework of the settlement strategy via urbanization of the polygon.

As part of the settlement strategy through the urbanization of these settlements, the regularization of both lots is contemplated under the provisions of Law No. 20,234, which establishes a procedure for the regularization and regularization of lots and makes it possible to obtain provisional reception authorizations for lots that enable the processing of the approval of special projects for drinking water, sewerage, paving and rainwater drainage and the management of financing for the execution of urbanization works.
