Delivery and installation of the technical equipment (VT/ET/PLT) incl. site setup, documentation, commissioning, trial operation and acceptance.Scope of work VT:Flocculation filtration and process water station:- Equipment 12 filter chambers (4 x 11 m each) with nozzle floor, filter nozzles, filter material (filter sand and anthracite), 12 filter chambers with stainless steel feed chambers (1 pc. per filter chamber) & laterally. 1 stirrer in the mixing reactor- 7 caseless fittings up to 2.0 x 2.0 m slide plate size- 3 rinsing water pumps, 2 rinsing air blowers, 2 filter waste water pumps, 2 basement drainage pumps, 2 sampling pumps- 5 service water pumps and 1 membrane expansion tank. Pipelines DN 50 to DN 600 made of steel, rilsanized (DN 100 to 15 m, DN 200 to 50 m, DN 300 to 130 m, DN 400 to 90 m, DN 600 to 120 m) & stainless steel (DN 50 to 40 m, DN 65 to 20 m, DN 200 to 40 m)Precipitant station:- 2 pcs. precipitant tanks 30 m³ incl. ladder, operating platform, pumping station. ladder, operating platform, insulation, trace heating, vacuum monitoring, 1 pc.
