Description

You must able to supply the following equipment:

1. Area: Juice extraction
a diffuser with a nominal capacity total 18,000 tons a day

2. Area: Steam generation
Equipment: Boiler
Specification:
- of Aquatubular type
- biomass (sugarcane bagasse) fuel
- capacity nominal of 250 tons vapour/h (each)
- nominal pressure of 100 bar
- nominal temperature of 540°C

3. Area: Power generation
- condensate turbine with extraction
- nominal capacity of 55 MW (each)

It also wants a power generator of the type 02 or 04 poles
- capacity nominal: 55 MW (each)
- exit voltage of 13,8KV

4. Area: General
Equipment: Electrical / instrumentation / automation components
It wants:
- complete package (turnkey model) for the electrical, instrumentation and automation disciplines of the site
- all types of electrical components like panels, push buttons, circuit breakers, switches and inverters
- all electrical cables for high medium and low voltage
- all communication cables for ethernet networks, profibus, modbus and fibre optics

This project was developed for energy generation using biomass with:
- a generating capacity of 105 average MW
- anhydrous and hydrated alcohol as a secondary product, producing approximately 380 million litres per year
