Australia - EQL notification of upcoming tender - Land Management Services

Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) will be seeking proposals for Land Management Services via SAP Ariba in early April.
Land Management Services is an ongoing requirement for Energy Queensland and supports the access track program and other clearing requirements.  The scope of work includes land management (including construction, condition assessment and maintenance of access track infrastructure, and land stabilisation and rehabilitation) in the vicinity of Energy Queensland's electricity network. Projects involve varying durations, expenditure and complexity and therefore these have been categorised as Level 1, 2 or 3 Projects (as per WCS1.5 Land Management).
New contracts will commence 1 October 2024 for an initial period of 3 years with 2 x 12-month extension option available.
All relevant documentation (including the proposed Agreement, Work Category Specification’s (WCS) and Response Schedules) will be available on SAP Ariba from Monday 8 April 2024 until 2:30pm Tuesday 7 May (4 weeks). Deadline for clarifications will be 3:00pm Friday 26 April 2024.
