Description

Within the part of the contract no. 1 - the Contractor shall be obliged to perform the service of grubbing up and cutting down the excessive number of bushes on the surface of xerothermic grasslands and on the areas directly adjacent to them, located within the limits of the Natura 2000 area, cutting down trees, mowing slats of grasslands and other communities in their immediate vicinity, occurring within the limits of the Natura 2000 area and utilizing the biomass resulting from the above mentioned activities - in 5 Natura 2000 areas: Kalina Mała, Kalina Lisiniec, Giebułtów, Grzymałów, Cybowa Góra. Exact locations of protection activities were indicated on maps, which are the attachment No. 5 to OPZ. Brief description of the condition of the areas covered by protection activities, types of planned works and target covering with trees and shrubs are included in Table no. 1 which constitutes Annex no. 1 to OPZ.2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of this contract is specified in Annex no. 8 to the ToR - Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ).3. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment contract, employ persons performing basic technical activities, such as: mowing, removal of trees and shrubs, qualified as manual workers. Within the part of the contract no. 2 - the Contractor shall be obliged to perform the service of grubbing up and cutting down the excessive number of bushes on the surface of xerothermic grasslands and on the areas directly adjacent to them, located within the limits of the Natura 2000 area, cutting down trees and utilizing the biomass resulting from the above activities - in 4 Natura 2000 areas: Poradów, Sławice Duchowe, Komorów, Kaczmarowe Doły. Precise locations of protective activities were indicated on maps which are appendix 5 to OPZ. Brief description of the condition of the areas covered by protection activities, types of planned works and target covering with trees and shrubs are included in Table no. 2 attached as Annex 2 to the ToR.2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of this contract is specified in Annex 8 to the ToR - description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ).3. The Contracting Authority requires that a Contractor or a subcontractor, on the basis of an employment contract, employ persons performing basic technical activities, such as: removal of trees and shrubs, qualified as manual workers. Exact locations of protection activities were indicated on maps, which are the attachment No. 5 to OPZ. Brief description of the condition of the areas covered by protection activities, types of planned works and target covering with trees and shrubs are included in Table No. 4 which constitutes Annex 4 to the OPZ.2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of this contract is specified in Annex 8 to the ToR - Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ).3. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment contract, employ persons performing basic technical activities, such as: mowing, removal of trees and shrubs, qualified as manual workers.
