Description

The subject of the contract is the preparation of technical documentation together with a water law operator in the field of water conditions regulation on peat bogs located in the recording areas: Karolin, Białogóry in the commune of Giby, located in the Natura 2000 area of Pojezierze Sejneńskie PLH200007. The minimum guaranteed order (basic order) includes the preparation of technical documentation of 2 stacking devices, 1 on each of the following parcels: 1/1 and 1/2, Karolin, Giby commune and 82/1, Sztabinka commune, Sejny commune. The Ordering Party additionally envisages the possibility of increasing the minimum order for the preparation of technical documentation for subsequent damming devices by the following option (optional order): option I: 1 damming device on the register plot no. 23/1, obr. Białogóra, Giby commune. The implementation of this task is aimed at the protection of a patch of habitat 7110 High bogs with peat-forming vegetation (living), marked on map no. 8195, which is the subject of protection in the Natura 2000 area of the Sejneńskie Lake District PLH200007. The implementation of the task includes the preparation of technical documentation together with a water and legal operator in the scope of water relations regulation for the activity consisting in the construction of valves on ditches draining water from the peatbog. A detailed description of the task and the deadlines for submission of works are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR Description of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract is the preparation of technical documentation together with a water law operator in the scope of regulation of water relations on peatbogs located within the registry area: Sztabinki, Żegary gmina Sejny, located in the Natura 2000 area Pojezierze Sejneńskie PLH200007. The minimum guaranteed order (basic order) includes the preparation of technical documentation of 1 stacking device on the plot of land: no. 82/1, r. Sztabinki, Sejny commune. The Ordering Party additionally envisages the possibility of increasing the minimum order for the preparation of technical documentation for further damming devices by the following options (optional order): a) option I: 1 damming device on the plot of land No. 486, r. Żegary, gm. Sejny; b) Option II: 1 damming device on registry parcels no. 451, 480 r.p.m. Żegary, gm. Sejny.the implementation of the task is to protect a patch of 7110 High bogs with peat-forming vegetation (live), marked on the map number bca8, which is the subject of protection in the Natura 2000 area Sejneńskie Lakeland PLH200007. The execution of the task includes preparation of technical documentation together with a water and legal operator in the scope of water relations regulation for the activity consisting in the construction of valves on ditches draining the peatbog. The detailed description of the task and the dates of handing over the works is specified in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR. The minimum guaranteed order (basic order) includes the preparation of technical documentation of 4 damming devices, one damming device per each of the plots No. 200, Aleksandrowo, Krasnopol, No. 51/8, Buda Ruska, Krasnopol, Krasnopol, No. 575/2, Wigrańce, Sejny, No. 166, Białogóra, Giby municipality. The Ordering Party additionally envisages the possibility of increasing the minimum order for the preparation of technical documentation for subsequent stacking devices by the following options (optional order): a) option I: 1 stacking device on the register plot no. 156, Aleksandrowo, Krasnopol commune; b) option II: 1 stacking device on the register plot no. 3/14, Markiszki commune, Sejny commune.The task is aimed at the protection of habitat patches 7140 Transition bogs and moors (mostly with vegetation from Scheuchzerio-Caricetea) marked on the map with numbers 6c31, 77db, dbf1, 8eec, c01d, c028 being the subject of protection in the Natura 2000 area of the Sejny Lake District.Preparation of technical documentation together with a water and legal operator in the scope of water relations regulation for the activity consists in the construction of valves on ditches draining the peatbog. The Ordering Party additionally envisages the possibility to increase the minimum order by the preparation of technical documentation for further damming devices by the following option (optional order): option I: 1 damming device on the register parcel no. 41/1 rpm Berżniki Manor Complex, gm. The aim of the project is to protect patches of 7140 natural habitat bogs and moors (mostly with vegetation from Scheuchzerio-Caricetea) marked on the map with numbers d420, 4cb7, which are subject to protection in the Natura 2000 area of the Sejny Lakeland. Preparation of technical documentation together with a water and legal operator in the scope of water relations regulation for the activity consists in the construction of thresholds on drainage ditches of the peatbog. A detailed description of the task and dates of handing over the works is specified in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR. The subject of the contract is the preparation of technical documentation together with a water law operator in the scope of regulation of water relations on peat bogs located in the registry areas of Gremzda Polskie, Krasnopol commune and Giby gmina Giby located in the Natura 2000 area of Pojezierze Sejneńskie PLH200007. The minimum guaranteed order (basic order) includes the preparation of technical documentation of 1 damming device on the plot of land No. 24/9, obr. Giby, Giby commune. The Ordering Party additionally envisages the possibility to increase the minimum order by the preparation of technical documentation for the next stacking device by the following option (optional order): option I: 1 stacking device on the land parcels no. 3 and 245, obr. Gremzdy Polskie, Krasnopol commune. The task is aimed at protection of natural habitat patches 7230 Mountain and lowland basic peatbogs of a hammer character, sedges and meadows marked on the map with numbers d3b7, b1b5, which are the subject of protection in the Natura 2000 area of the Sejny Lake District. The implementation of the task includes the preparation of technical documentation together with a water and legal operator in the scope of water relations regulation for the activity consisting in the construction of valves on ditches draining the peatbog. A detailed description of the task and the deadlines for submission of works are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR Description of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract is the preparation of technical documentation together with a water law operator in the scope of regulation of water relations on peat bogs located within the registry area of Leipzig, the municipality of Leipzig located in the Natura 2000 area of Ostoja Augustowska PLH200005. The order includes preparation of technical documentation for 1 fixed threshold on the registration lot No. 2236, Leipzig, Leipzig Commune and 4 pledges on the registration lots No. 349/7, 2195, 2263/2, Leipzig Commune, Leipzig Commune. The implementation of this task is aimed at the protection of the natural habitat patch 7110 High bogs with peat-forming vegetation (living), marked on the map with the number D5AE, which is the subject of protection in the Natura 2000 area of Ostoja Augustowska.Implementation of the task includes preparation of technical documentation together with a water and legal operator in the scope of water relations regulation for the activity consisting in construction of 1 fixed threshold and 4 valves on ditches draining the peatbog, taking into account the following assumptions: - natural materials are preferred for the construction of the threshold: oak wood for sheet piling and gravel bedding and gravel bedding, - the threshold with a constant order of stacking should be designed over the entire width of the drainage ditch and extend 1 m beyond the profile of the ditch on both sides, - straight valves, consisting of a sheet piling and wooden ticks, in order to stabilise the building, it is possible to cover the upper and lower water from the native soil, - the sheet piling wall of the valve should be made of scantlings in the tongue and groove system, 50 mm thick, 100 mm wide and 1500 mm long, slaughtered to the ground in guide tongs;- the threshold, within the boundaries of the cadastral parcel 2236, should be designed so as to maintain a constant level of groundwater table in the peat bog at a depth not less than 20 cm below the ground level in the vegetation period, - the pledge, within the boundaries of the cadastral parcels 349/7, 2195 and 2263/2, should be designed so as to maintain a constant level of groundwater table in the peat bog at a depth not lower than the ground level in the vegetation period.A detailed description of the task and the deadlines for submission of works are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR Description of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract is the preparation of technical documentation together with a water law operator in the scope of regulation of water relations on peat bogs located within the registry area of Dworzysko, commune of Giby located in the Natura 2000 area of Ostoja Augustowska PLH200005. The order includes the preparation of technical documentation for the reconstruction of the existing damming threshold located on the plot of land No. 919, Dworzysko, Giby commune. The aim of this task is to protect the natural habitat patch 7230 Mountain and lowland basic peatbogs of a hammer character, sedges and meadows marked on the map no. 9E54, which is the subject of protection in the Natura 2000 area of Ostoja Augustowska. The task involves the preparation of technical documentation for the regulation of water conditions for the activity consisting in the reconstruction of the existing damming threshold in order to prevent flooding of the peatbog, taking into account the following assumptions:- partial demolition and reconstruction of the existing sheet piling wall and the earth dyke should reduce the level of damming by 60 cm in relation to the crown of the dyke, with the overflow width of 100 cm (Annex D to the ToR).
