ENVIRONMENTAL CHAMBER

REQUIREMENT:

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has a requirement for the delivery and installation of an environmental room equipped with temperature and humidity control capabilities will be used for conducting research on the growth of plants hydroponically in an indoor system. The research that will be conducted will guide the industry in plant selection, soilless growth media selection, utilization of customized LED light recipes and other growing conditions important to the successful growth of indoor hydroponically grown agricultural crops.

DELIVERY DATE:

All the deliverables must be received and installed on or before March 31, 2020.

TRADE AGREEMENTS:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

EPOST CONNECT SERVICE: This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
