NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Request For Standing Offers (RFSO) #1000231521 This requirement is for Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC). DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT . Crown Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) frequently requires translation of various secret Government documents such as but not limited to Cabinet and Parliamentary documents. The services are required on regular and/or urgent basis. . The objective is to acquire translation and editing services. The work to be performed under the Contract will be on an "as and when requested basis" using a Call-up. The Work described in the Call-up must be in accordance with the scope of the Contract . The services are required on regular and/or urgent basis. In order to attain a high quality translated/editing document, it is expected to receive professional services for: Secret Government Documents translation of the original documents from English to French or French to English; concordance revision between the final French and the final English versions; translation and editing of various documents on a regular or urgent basis; QUALIFICATION An Offeror, including related entities, can submit Offers in response to this RSFO. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer. LOCATION OF WORK NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION (NCR) DURATION OF STANDING OFFER It is intended to result in the award of up to one (1) Standing Offer (SO). The initial period for making Call-ups against the Standing Offer is from the Standing Offer Award date to March 31, 2027 inclusive, plus two (2) one-year irrevocable option periods, under the same conditions. APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS The requirement is not subject to the trade agreements as per the following dispositions: World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Canada - Chile Free Trade Agreement, Canada - Peru Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement and Canada Free Trade Agreement.
