Description

The purpose of the contract is to award the clinical engineering support service to the operating units ABSE (procurement of goods, services and economics and warehouse management), GATIB (technical activities management and biomedical engineering), and SPP (prevention and protection service) of AORN "A. Cardarelli", with the aim of guaranteeing valid technical-professional-administrative assistance in the management of the company's biomedical technologies (Health Technology Assessment - HTA and Health Technology Management - HTM), through support in carrying out the following main activities: planning and evaluation of purchases, safety checks and maintenance control of the equipment supplied to the hospital, studies aimed at the introduction of new technologies, Information Technology in the health care sector, Risk-Management. The contract consists of a single indivisible lot.
The contract will have a duration of 12 (twelve) months, starting from the date of signing of the contract; the award will be made through an open procedure pursuant to art. 95 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and integrations.The contract is made up of a single lot, since the management of the technology park, the evaluation activities of biomedical technologies and accessory healthcare equipment, the management, technical assistance and maintenance processes related to biomedical technologies and accessory healthcare equipment, as well as the safety and technological risk management aspects related to the use of the same presuppose a managerial management of the entire process that cannot be split into its components without causing serious harm to the entire management process and therefore to the healthcare activity.
