Description
Zellerschule Nagold - Planner selection procedure ELT, FÖT and Med
The city of Nagold is planning the renovation as well as the partial demolition and new construction of the Zellerschule in Nagold. For the measure, specialist planning services for ELT, media technology and materials handling technology in accordance with § 55 HOAI, plant groups 4-7, presumably service phases 1-9 in accordance with HOAI will be required.These will be put out to tender Europe-wide in a negotiated procedure in accordance with VgV:- Stage 1: Prequalification procedure- Stage 2: Negotiated procedure with bidder presentationsThe client intends, according to the current status, to award the contract in stages.It is pointed out that there is no entitlement to realisation/project implementation.In addition, the client reserves the right to demand the construction management regionally.
