VgV procedure General planning services: Project planning for buildings and interiors, traffic facilities and engineering structures, as well as landscape planning and specialized planning (structural planning, technical equipment).
The district of Nuremberg operates at least one recycling center (WSH) in all its municipalities. In addition to the usually smaller "Type B" recycling centers, which are primarily intended for the delivery of garden waste, bulky metal scrap, used tires and packaging polystyrene from private households, the district also has "Type A" recycling centers in Neunkirchen a.S. and Altdorf b. Nuremberg, which also accept other waste fractions such as residual waste, bulky waste, waste wood, old electrical equipment, construction waste, etc. The WSH Altdorf is located in the district of Nuremberg. The WSH Altdorf is located at the St 2240 / Neumarkter Straße between Altdorf and Schleifmühle. Directly south of the WSH borders an old (end-used) landfill. The areas of the WSH Altdorf and also potential expansion areas are located on land owned by the city of Altdorf b. Nürnberg. The WSH areas are leased from the district of Nürnberger Land (2,900 m²). This is also intended for expansion areas. The client (AG), Landkreis Nürnberger Land, intends to refurbish the recycling center in Altdorf b. Nuremberg and to expand it according to future expected requirements. The WSH Altdorf currently does not meet the current, water law requirements for stormwater treatment and therefore needs to be rehabilitated. Due to the unsatisfactory traffic situation at the WSH in connection with a current demand planning of the required container locations, an expansion of the WSH is considered in addition to the redevelopment. The refurbishment and expansion of the type A recycling center in Altdorf b. Nbg. has already been under consideration for some time and is to be realized as soon as possible, including (approval) planning and execution, since the water law permit is currently only valid until December 31, 2022 and the redesign measures to be completed by December 31, 2024 are linked to the submission of a verifiable plan by the end of 2022. The subject of this award procedure is the award of general planning services for the refurbishment and expansion of the Altdorf recycling center for the following service profiles and phases: - Buildings and interiors according to § 33 ff. HOAI, LPH 1 to 9- object planning of engineering structures according to § 41 ff. HOAI, LPH 3 to 9- Object planning traffic facilities according to § 45 ff. HOAI, LPH 3 to 9- Technical planning of supporting structures according to § 49 ff. HOAI, LPH 1 to 9- Technical equipment according to § 53 ff. HOAI, LPH 1 to 9- Landscape conservation plan according to § 26 HOAI, LPH 1 to 4- Consulting services Engineering surveying according to appendix 1, no. 1.4 Engineering surveying HOAI- Safety and health coordination Optionally, services of the service phase 2 preliminary planning from the areas of object planning of engineering structures according to § 41 ff. HOAI and object planning of traffic facilities according to § 45 ff. HOAI: - Object planning of engineering structures according to § 41 ff. HOAI, LPH 1-4- Safety and health coordination performance level 1.1 and 1.2- Landscape conservation plan according to § 26 HOAI, LPH 1 to 4- Consulting services Engineering surveying according to appendix 1, no. 1.4 Engineering surveying HOAI - performance level 2:- Buildings and interiors according to § 33 ff. HOAI, LPH 5-9- Object planning of engineering structures according to § 41 ff. HOAI, LPH 5-9- Object planning traffic facilities according to § 45 ff. HOAI, LPH 5-9- Planning of structural framework according to § 49 ff. HOAI, LPH 5-9- Technical equipment according to § 53 ff. HOAI, LPH 5-9- Safety and Health Coordination Performance Level 2.1 and 2.2 There is no legal claim to the commissioning of further services. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the services not already assigned upon conclusion of the contract if the Client assigns them to him. Reference is also made to the notes on phased commissioning in the General Terms and Conditions of Contract. The specific performance obligations of the Contractor in the above areas can be found in full in the "Services and Evaluations" forms.
