Description

Central DZPG activities such as cross-site human neuroimaging and federated health cohort management will be coordinated from the UKJ. The structural requirements for these activities and the emerging leadership role in large national translational networks with partners in science, industry and health care will be created and bundled by the research building ICBS - Interdisciplinary Centre for the Research of Brain Circuits underlying Maladaptive Social Interaction.This is a publicly funded research project according to § 91b GG in the realization period 2022 to 2028. Within this framework, a building is to be constructed as a new building in the Landgrafen area as a free-standing and compact structure with approx. 3,500 m² of equipped research and office space for currently 20 working groups as well as associated central movement areas. It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this invitation to tender:Specialist planning of technical building equipment - HVAC and GA + technical systems in outdoor facilities (system groups 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8)Work phases 1-9 in accordance with §§ 53 ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Within the scope of the planning of technical building equipment - HLSK u GA + technical plants in outdoor facilities (plant groups 1, 2, 3, 7 u 8) ICBS partial services are to be awarded according to §§ 53 ff HOAI. These are listed in detail in the fee offer form, which is enclosed with the application documents.
