VKE E051/E052: A 81 - Repair of BW Dettensee and TB NeckarburgSupervision of construction and local construction supervision
The contract includes the following services:Project planning for engineering structures according to § 43 HOAI work phases 8 and 9;Project planning for traffic facilities according to § 47 HOAI work phases 8 and 9;Local construction supervision for engineering structures according to annex 12 number 12.1 HOAI;Local construction supervision for traffic facilities according to annex 13 number 13.1 HOAI;Further special servicesThe construction measure mainly includes:BW Dettensee is located on the BAB A 81 between Stuttgart and Singen near Dettensee. The structure crosses the district road between Dettensee and Dommelsberg. The structure consists of two separate superstructures for the respective direction of traffic. The two superstructures are designed with single-cell box girder cross-sections as continuous girders over 3 spans with a design height of 2.30 m. They are longitudinally and transversely aligned. They are prestressed in longitudinal and transverse direction. Massive transverse discs are arranged in each of the support axes. The bridge width is 15.50 m and the carriageway width 11.00 m per superstructure. The total length is 91.40 m.The Neckarburg TB is located on the A 81 motorway between Stuttgart and Singen near Villingendorf near Rottweil. The structure crosses the Neckar valley, the DB line 4600 and two service roads. The structure consists of two separate superstructures for the respective directions of travel.The two superstructures are designed with single-cell box girder cross-sections as continuous girders over 14 spans with a design height of 2.30 m. They are longitudinally and transversely aligned. They are prestressed in longitudinal and transverse direction. Massive transverse discs are arranged in each of the support axes. The bridge width is 15.50 m and the carriageway width 11.00 m per superstructure. The total length of the superstructure is 365.0 m.The abutment in axis 0 is a resolved disc abutment with wing walls. The abutment in axis 14 is a box abutment with wing walls. The arch has a two-cell box girder cross section. For each superstructure, there is one column per column axis. The columns have single-cell spar box cross sections. The column heights are between approx. 15 m and 60 m. The columns in axes 1 and 2 and in axes 11 to 13 have shallow foundations. Axes 3 and 10 are the transom axes, where the columns are founded together with the arch on the transom. The remaining columns in axes 4 to 9 are elevated on the arch.
