The order comprises the planning of the technical equipment HLS according to part 4 section 2 HOAI AG 1-3,8,for the new building of the elementary school OsburgPerformance phases (LPH) 1-9 for:- Plant group 1 waste water, water and gas plants,- Plant group 2 heat supply plants,- Plant group 3 ventilation plants,- Plant group 8 building automation It is intended to commission the services of LPH 1-9 in stages. The elementary school Osberg is located northeast of the center of the local community in the district of Trier-Saarburg. The elementary school is run by the Ruwer municipality. The elementary school, which has 2 classes and currently has around 150 pupils, has been operated as an all-day school since 2016.The school site was originally designed to operate as a primary and secondary school. However, the secondary schools have since been brought together at a central location. As a result, the building stock in Osburg is now far larger than the demand. In addition, the existing school buildings are in poor condition and, according to preliminary studies, cannot be economically renovated and are therefore in a state of disrepair.Since the elementary school in the local communities are to be maintained in the long term, a new building is to be constructed. A planning competition was launched for this purpose in 2021. The goal is a new building of high quality in terms of urban planning, architecture and functionality, which also has high technical, economic and ecological qualities. Project goals: A. HeatingThe aim is to achieve a high level of thermal comfort. For heating and ventilation, low-tech variants with a high proportion of renewable energies should be aimed for. Outside the time of use, a central temperature reduction at the heat generator is desired. Ventilation and summer heat protection:High demands are placed on air hygiene within the building.Ventilation options are to be provided in conjunction with window ventilation of sufficient size. Separate ventilation of the WC areas is desired..Against the background of changing climatic conditions, special attention should be paid to winter and summer heat protection (e.g. shading, night cooling)..Drinking water systemsThe Drinking Water Ordinance is to be complied with, legionella prophylaxis is to be provided. The required tapping points for drinking water testing and automatic flushing devices are to be provided. Leakage monitoring and a softening system are to be provided.
