Description

This consultation is part of the project to improve operating conditions on the T2 line (T2ACE). The aim of this project is to increase the frequency of passage of the line's trams. This consultation concerns a project management assignment in the "infrastructure" category within the meaning of Article R. 2431 of the Public Procurement Code. It concerns a contract for intellectual services with optional phases:- the firm phase concerns the AVP phase;- the optional phase 1 concerns the PRO phase;- the optional phase 2 concerns the DCE, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR phases, as well as the synthesis and coordination of the holder's MOE's missions for each phase. The mission comprises four complementary services.
The mission includes four complementary services. The project management mission concerns the execution of infrastructure works at the Porte de Versailles station in order to increase the frequency of train passage by increasing the shunting area. It covers the following missions:- Firm section (TF):-- AVP Pre-project;-- mission of coordination and synthesis of the holder's MOE's;- Optional section 1 (TO1):-- PRO (project);-- mission of coordination and synthesis of the holder's MOE's;- Optional section 2 (TO2):-- DCE (Dossier de consultation des entreprises) and ACT (Assistance in the awarding of works contracts), VISA (approval of execution studies), DET (management and monitoring of the execution of works contracts), AOR, (assistance to the contracting authority during acceptance operations).All of the sections relate to the following fields of intervention:- civil engineering, earthworks: the tramway platform, the station and the access ramps;- station furniture;- traction power distribution;- dry and wet networks;- installation and maintenance of site installations. The following fields of intervention are excluded from this contract:- the studies and works listed in points 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of § 2.1 of the CCTP;- railway signalling for the transport system in the Porte de Versailles area;- equipment for the rectifier stations in the Porte de Versailles area;- low and low-voltage currents in the Porte de Versailles area;- control and transmission systems;- the on-line energy management system (EMS);- connection to the line control station.The following services are also excluded from this contract:- topographical and geological work, it being understood that the specifications and monitoring of this work are part of the EMO services covered by this contract;- assistance to RATP's project manager for coordination activities with the other project owners in the administrative and financial fields;- design of project communication tools;- study of the modifications to be made to the signage for the entire RATP network;- coordination and synthesis of RATP's internal project management.The assignment also includes four additional tasks:- additional service no. 1: feasibility study for the introduction of new rolling stock;- additional service no. 2: feasibility study for the installation of a platform validation system at T2 stations;- additional service no. 3: feasibility study for the introduction of a tri-case rolling stock;- additional service no. 4: AVP study for improving the configuration of the de Gaulle/Allende junction.
