New KiTa Sonnengarten, structural design according to § 51 HOAI
The contract includes the structural design according to § 51 HOAI, replacement building KiTa Sonnengarten. It is planned to commission the services of LPH 1-6 structural design in stages. In addition, as a special service of the LPH 8 - object supervision, engineering control of the execution of the structure for compliance with the reviewed static documents - should be commissioned.The day care center Sonnengarten consists of two structures, which are in municipal (Schubertstraße 8) and church (Händelstraße 52) property. The existing rooms of the daycare center are not sufficient for the current group sizes. After preliminary investigations, it was decided to demolish the municipal buildings and replace them with a new building.The replacement new building is to be constructed for four groups Ü3 with 25 children each, additional, staff and ancillary rooms. A preliminary study is available as an attachment, in which the room program was implemented according to the current state of knowledge. Also part of the contract is the planning of a restructuring of the existing KiTa rooms Händelstraße due to the relocation of functions to the new building. The new building is to be operated together with the existing buildings Händelstraße 52 as a unit. The goal of building design must be to meet the specified investment costs and minimize life cycle costs. For the design and construction phases, this includes the creation of optimized space values and high-quality construction and material choices. The use of materials rated as sustainable is desired. A pleasant indoor climate is to be achieved with suitable building materials.
