Description

In order to ensure security of supply and at the same time achieve the climate targets, climate-friendly gases are to be transported to the Berlin combined heat and power plant Reuter/Reuter West (HKW Reuter/ Reuter West) of Vattenfall Wärme Berlin Aktiengesellschaft. This requires the construction of a pipeline connection between the supra-regional long-distance pipeline network of ONTRAS in Brandenburg and the Reuter/ Reuter West CHP plant in Berlin. In the long term, the project must make it possible to use up to 100 % hydrogen for the energy supply of north-west Berlin. The simultaneous extension of the connection to the NBB site in Glockenturmstraße must make it possible to feed the necessary gas capacities into the distribution network. In this way, many building heating systems in Berlin's northwest can also be converted from oil to gas. In addition, up to 20 % hydrogen can be added to the general gas network of the city of Berlin from this location.In detail, the project includes the following plans:- the construction of a new gas pipeline (DN 600) between the supra-regional long-distance pipeline network of ONTRAS and the Reuter West/Reuter power plant to supply the north-west of Berlin and the planned new combined heat and power plant at the Reuter West power plant site with a length of between 15 and 22 kilometres- the construction of a new gas pipeline (DN 400) between the NBB plant in Glockenturmstraße and the Reuter West power plant site with a length of between 3 and 9 kilometres.Optionally, the project includes the new construction of filter, gas pressure control and metering systems for the supply of the Reuter West HKW and for the connection to the gas distribution network.
General planning services for the project Zukunftsnetz Nordwest for the realisation of a gas pipeline system for the supply of the HKW Reuter West and for the connection of the NBB site in Glockenturmstraße (draft planning based on HOAI) - with option to commission further planning phases based on HOAI- Option 1: Approval planning and management- Option 2: Detailed design (step 1)- Option 3: Option 4: Detailed design (step 2)- Option 5: Construction supervision and commissioning/acceptance- with further option of general planning services for the project "Zukunftsnetz Nordwest" for the realisation of the associated filter, gas pressure control and metering systems for the supply of the HKW Reuter West and for the connection to the gas distribution network, among others including the following planning phases including the following planning phases in accordance with the HOAI:- Option 6: Design planning- Option 7: Approval planning and management- Option 8: Detailed design (step 1)- Option 9: Preparation of tender documents and assistance in awarding contracts- Option 10: Detailed design (step 2)- Option 11: Construction supervision/commissioning/acceptance
