Zellerschule Nagold - planner selection procedure structural design
The city of Nagold is planning the renovation as well as the partial demolition and new construction of the Zellerschule in Nagold. For the measure structural design services according to § 51 HOAI, presumably service phases 1-6 according to HOAI are required.These are tendered in a negotiated procedure according to VgV Europe-wide:- Stage 1: Prequalification procedure- Stage 2: Negotiated procedure with bidder presentationsAccording to the current status, the client intends to commission in stages.It is pointed out that there is no claim to realization/project implementation.In addition, the client reserves the right to demand the construction management regionally.
