Description

Provision of engineering services (planning, tendering, object monitoring and object support services) in accordance with the technical equipment service profile pursuant to §§ 53 et seq. of the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) for systems groups 4, 5, 7 and 8. HOAI for systems in system groups 4, 5, 7 and 8. The entirety of the systems to be planned is referred to as communication and control technology. The engineering services to be provided comprise basic services and special services of work phases 1 to 9. The project extension of the U5-West to Pasing is subject to the specifications and the procedure according to the Ordinance on the Construction and Operation of Tramways (BOStrab).
The existing U4/5 underground line currently terminates at Laimer Platz underground station, which was opened on 24 March 1988. The U5-West to Pasing is the western extension of this subway line. This section of the line includes 3 stations:1. Willibaldstraße,2. Am Knie,3. Pasing.The overall measure comprises 3 planning approval sections and is divided into 2 planning and construction sections, which are being worked on by 2 different main planners. The tendered engineering services for the communication and control technology comprise both planning and construction sections, which are to be planned by the contractor as a whole over the entire route.Technical equipment systems are to be processed, which can be assigned to the following system groups (AGR) in accordance with § 53 Para. 2 HOAI:- AGR 4 Power installations,- AGR 5 Telecommunication and information technology installation groups,- AGR 7 Use-specific installations,- AGR 8 Building automation or automation of engineering structures.The installations to be worked on are divided into functionally similar installation groups in accordance with § 54 Para. 1 sentence 2 into functionally similar groups (FGR):- FGR (1) - telecontrol systems,- FGR (2) - communication systems,- FGR (3) - information systems,- FGR (4) - fire alarm systems,- FGR (5) - public address systems,- FGR (6) - network systems,- FGR (7) - radio systems,- FGR (8) - line systems,- FGR (9) - train protection systems.For the connection of the new line to the existing lines, concepts and conversion phases are to be worked out in close coordination with the operator of the Munich underground (Stadtwerke München GmbH, hereinafter referred to as "SWM").The engineering services for FGR (9) - train protection technology are to be provided by SWM on the part of the client. The results of these services must be integrated into the overall project by the contractor. Due to the fragmented organisational responsibilities and the many points of contact and overlaps, intensive coordination must be carried out with all parties involved during the provision of services. During planning, SWM specifications and existing infrastructures must be taken into account. For example, new I&C equipment must be connected to the existing I&C system.The technical equipment systems have a major influence on the design of the building shell. For this reason, all details relevant to the shell construction must already be planned out in detail in the preliminary planning (work phase 2) and made available to the shell construction planner. In addition, the formwork plans prepared by the structural engineering department of the shell construction company must be checked by the contractor for consistency with the contractor's plant design.The approval procedure according to BOStrab is an iterative process that accompanies all project stages up to the operating permit after completion of construction and commissioning.
