Description

The object of the planned measure is to replace 3 pieces of emergency power systems (NEA) during ongoing service operations and to replace them in a fail-safe manner. The objective of the negotiated procedure with competitive bidding in accordance with Section 17 VgV is the award of specialist planning services for technical equipment, system group 4 in accordance with Section 53 HOAI, in conjunction with Annex 15, service phase 2-8. It is intended to commission the specialist planning services in stages.
In the property W1 of the BKA Wiesbaden the emergency power system (NEA) in building C has to be replaced. The plant currently consists of 3 connected generators, manufactured by van Kaick, each with a capacity of 810 kVA in parallel operation and installed one behind the other in one room. Under the condition of supply security, the disassembly and assembly can therefore not take place unhindered. Detailed planning of the disassembly and assembly of the system is essential.Necessary replacement supply must be taken into account.The NEA control system has already been renewed in the course of the replacement of the low-voltage main distribution system (LVMS). Accordingly, disconnection and reconnection is to be considered.The existing flue is via a manhole to an external flue pipe. The existing system is to be checked for compliance with regulations and replaced if necessary.During the sequence planning, restrictions within the scope of security-relevant events of the BKA are to be taken into account, which cause possible time disruptions.Within the scope of this award procedure, the bidders invited to submit a bid can arrange a site visit to the BKA W1 property in order to enable a better assessment of the task.Access to the BKA property is only possible for security-checked persons. The required personal check procedure will be carried out as part of the assignment (see annex to the background check ZÜP).
