Description

The existing sports home, which can no longer be used for contemporary purposes, is to be replaced by a new building in a new construction area. The replacement building will be located almost outside the floodplain (HQ100) near the existing sports home. The building is to be used jointly by the clubs SG Fußball and SG Tennis and at the same time represent a new meeting place for the community of Baienfurt. The two clubs with a large number of members and active youth work plan to use the building jointly. Furthermore, a meeting room is planned for the gymnastics club. The new sports center is to be located between the sports fields of the SG Football and SG Tennis and thus become the focal point of the surrounding sports landscape. A new tennis court and a small tennis court will be built on the grounds. Furthermore, an attractive green outdoor area will be designed around the building hall and the tennis court.The measure has a GFA of approximately 1,395 m².The estimated gross construction costs (KGR 300 and 400) amount to approximately 3,570,000 million euros.
1. object and aim of the procedure:awarding of services for technical equipment according to HOAI 2021 part 4 section 2, § 53 (2) No. 1 sewage, water and gas systems, No. 2 heat supply systems, No. 3 ventilation systems and No. 8 building automation service phases 5 - 9 according to § 55 HOAI. The service phases 1 - 4 were provided by a third party.2. procedure:The VgV procedure is divided into 2 stages: In the 1st stage, engineering firms are selected to participate in the negotiation talks on the basis of the selection criteria listed in the participation application. For this purpose, required exclusion, selection and suitability criteria must be provided and demonstrated (see Section III.1 and participation documents). The bidders selected for the 2nd stage will be invited to participate in the bidder discussions. In this, all bidders may present themselves personally to the contracting authority. The bidders invited for the 2nd stage will receive the draft design approved by the contracting authority for incorporation. The contract will be awarded to the bid which, after evaluation of the award criteria (see Section II.2.5 and award documents), can achieve the highest number of points overall.3. commissioning:The commissioning will take place depending on the project approval by the municipal council of the municipality of Baienfurt within the framework of call-off contracts. The contractor is obliged to take over the service up to and including service phase 9 HOAI, if the project is realized. The client intends to commission the services in stages and in sections. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all service levels.
