Description
This market is composed of a firm tranche, 6 conditional tranches, 2 options and services at list price. The AETV is a nuclear installation that will be located on the CEA Valduc site. This facility is a complex composed of several zones and buildings. The processes are mainly implemented either in a shielded chain or in a glove box chain. The glove box chain consists of BàGs located in several locations. These BàG are connected to each other on the one hand, and to the shielded chain on the other hand, via a "process" piping network. This future installation must interface, via a link gallery, with an existing installation in the Valduc centre. The Product Tree Structure (PA) of the AETV subsystem has led to the division into four groups belonging to the CEA that interface with each other: - IBS-CHB: infrastructure, building and easements (the building and its easements), - PRO processes, - CC: Control command (supervision and control command), - DCH: waste. The management of each of these units is ensured by a Project Engineer (PI) following his own organization. The PI leads a "business team" in charge of expressing the need, drafting the specifications of the group concerned and managing the business (technical, business follow-up, industrial supervision). These assemblies are themselves subdivided into sub-assemblies (or batches), each followed by a batch manager who is part of the business teams. These sub-assemblies correspond to batches entrusted to manufacturers who themselves have design, integration and organisational capacities.
