Description

Preparation of project documentation for the modernisation of the gas pipeline and gas connections in the city of Warsaw. Włocławek, Ostrowska Street, 14th Infantry Regiment. 1402/2019Tangible scope: a) gas pipeline s/c dn 63 PE length L = approx. 1 130,00 m,b) gas connections s/c dn 32/40 PE 18 pcs. with total length L = approx. 346,50 m,c) gas connections s/c dn 32 PE 2 pcs. to switch, d) execution of traffic organization project (if required), e) execution of surface restoration project (if required).The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the technical conditions no. W/B-TWT/2/2015 of 17.2.2015 and an annex to the conditions.b) - 2 paper copies, b) construction project (formal part, i.e. consent, declaration, agreement of the owners of plots of land through which the gas network runs, extracts from the land register) - 2 paper copies, c) detailed design - 3 paper copies, d) the amount of works - 1 paper copy, e) investor's cost estimate - 1 paper copy, f) traffic organisation project - 2 paper copies, g) surface restoration project - 2 paper copies. The surface restoration project must be agreed with the road manager with the exact extent of the necessary area for reconstruction (m2) and divided into types, i.e. asphalt, cobblestones, tile surface, etc.,2) Electronic version on an electronic medium containing documentation: consisting of: a) Documentation in a non-editable version consisting of files containing complete documentation, the content reflecting the paper version.b) Non-editable version of files (PDF) for the above mentioned documentation should be made in the following way: - After approval of the design documentation by the competent body of the construction administration (with appropriate clauses) it should be scanned.- PDF files should be based on editable files, scanned paper documents that were only in paper form or from files that were already PDF documents (decisions, statements, agreements, drawings, approvals, approvals, protocols, instructions, etc.).- The PDF file cannot be protected against printing or have any password.- The contents of the PDF file must be legible, scanned in appropriate sharpness, attention must be paid to the legibility of stamps and signatures.Note: The formal part of the project documentation containing consents, declarations, agreements of landowners through which the gas network runs, extracts from the land register, etc. absolutely must be a separate catalogue/file.c) Editable version of the project documentation should be prepared in accordance with the following division: - cost part (investor's cost estimate, summary of costs) - files *.ath and *.xml for cost estimate, *.doc(x) and *.xls(x) for ZZKNośnik, handed over to the Ordering Party, cannot be protected against copying.d) The medium must be described in a permanent and legible way (e.g. by printing, stickers, technologies allowing to burn inscriptions or images on discs, etc.) with the following data: - After approval of the design documentation by the competent building administration body (with appropriate clauses), it must be scanned.- Full name of the task.- Number of the task contract with the date of signing the contract.- Name of the Documentation Contractor.- Month and year of preparation of the documentation.- No of the next version and date of modification.
