The subject of this public order is the preparation of materials for a decision on environmental conditions for the widening of the A1 highway on the section from the "Toruń Południe" interchange to the "Włocławek Północ" interchange by additional lanes.The section in question runs from north to south from the "Toruń Południe" interchange to the "Włocławek Północ" interchange in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, Toruń, Aleksandrówko and Włocławek poviats. The planned widening of the highway by additional lanes involves widening each roadway by a third lane on the inner sides of the roadway, using the existing wide center dividing lane.

The planned widening of the freeway by additional lanes involves widening each roadway by a third lane on the inner sides of the roadway, using the existing wide middle dividing lane.Its scope includes adjusting the technical parameters of the A1 freeway to the projected increase in traffic, in particular caused by taking over traffic from the S10 road on the Szczecin-Warsaw route, in connection with the planned construction of the S10 on the section from the Włocławek Północ junction to the Warsaw Agglomeration Bypass (A50/S50) and the construction of the S10 on the Bydgoszcz-Toruń section.The purpose of the contract is to determine the material and financial scope of the project consisting in determining the geometric solutions of the road, construction of the next lane, drainage, existing BRD elements, field boundaries of the investment task and aggregate costs for the key elements of the project, obtaining a decision on environmental conditions for the project and determining the preliminary design scope.Estimated value of the contract: above EUR 140,000.00.
