Development of construction and execution documentation and author's supervision for the task entitled "Reconstruction of the s/c gas network with connections in Wola Rzędzińska from building No. 324 to ZZU - sector order.1The Contracting Authority entrusts, and the Contractor undertakes to design the s/c gas network with connections in Wola Rzędzińska from building No. 324 to ZZU in section 4842/1 and to perform author's supervision, which will jointly constitute the subject of the Agreement (Subject of the Agreement).2 The Contractor is obliged to familiarize himself with "General Terms and Conditions of Contracts Executed for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o.". of 18.4.2019 (GT&C), available on the Ordering Party's website at www.psgaz.pl, in the tab: For the Contractor / Downloads3. The subject of the Agreement covers in particular: 1) execution of a construction project, Reconstruction of a gas network s/c with connections in Wola Rzędzińska from building No. 324 to ZZU on site No. 4842/1, including: obtaining extracts and extracts from land register maps, obtaining landowners' consents, preparing situational and altimetric maps for design purposes, execution of a construction project according to technical conditions, mark: PSGKR.ZMSZ.763..619277.1.18 of 22.2.2018 issued by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy w Krakowie, hereinafter referred to as the Project,2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, on behalf and for the Contracting Authority's benefit, from the competent authority, the final decision on the building permit,3) preparing investor cost estimates,4) exercising author's supervision.4A detailed description of the subject of the Agreement and the Contractor's obligations is included in the Description of the subject of the Order (APZ) constituting Attachment No. 1 to the Agreement and Technical Conditions No. PSGKR.ZMSZ.763.619277.1.18 of 22.2.2018, constituting Attachment No. 2 to the Agreement.5.Technical Data: 1) type of object: gas network with connections,2) location: Wola Rzędzińska from building No. 324 to ZZU (building No. 4842/1,3) length of network: approx. 1 450 m, where: a) material: PE 100 RC type 2 SDR 11,b) diameter: dn 63 - dn 90,c) pressure: medium,4) length of connections: approx. 723 m - pcs. 29, where: a) material: PE 100 RC type 2 SDR 11,b) diameter: dn 25,c) pressure: medium,2. Detailed scope of work: Execution of the project "Rebuilding of the gas network s/c with connections in Wola Rzędzińska from building no. 324 to ZZU on site no. 4842/1. The construction project should be prepared according to technical conditions sign: PSGKR.ZMSZ.763..619277.1.18 of 22.2.2018 issued by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy w Krakowie and in accordance with the requirements attached as Appendix No. 4 to the OPZ.
