Development of design documentation for the construction project under the name: "Construction of a gas pipeline in Ciechocinek, Lipnowska Street".
Development of the design documentation for the construction project called: "Construction of a gas pipeline in Ciechocinek, Lipnowska Street": "Construction of a gas pipeline n/a and n/a along with gas connections in the town of Ciechocinek, Lipnowska Street".Material scope: a) gas pipeline n/a dn 63 PE L = approx. 1,360.00 m;b) gas pipeline n/a dn 160 PE L = approx. 80.00 m;c) gas connection n/a dn 32 PE 1 piece with length L = approx. 5.00 m;d) gas connection n/a dn 63 PE 1 piece with length L = approx. 10.00 m.Detailed scope of work:1) preparing a construction design, executive design, traffic organization design, surface reconstruction design and works' subdivision design;2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Contracting Authority, from a competent authority, the final decision on the construction permit or notifying on behalf of and for the Contracting Authority the intention to commence construction works or construction not requiring a construction permit;3) preparing investor's cost estimates;4) performing author's supervision including five one-off author's supervision services;5) registering the construction log.The design documentation should consist of:1) a paper version consisting of:a) a construction design (without documents contained in points b - 2 ex. in paper form; b) a construction design (formal part, i.e. consent, declaration, agreement of the owners of the plots of land through which the gas network runs, excerpts from the land register) - 2 ex. c) executive design - 3 copies of the executive design - 3 copies of the executive design - 1 copy of the executive design - 1 copy of the executive design - 1 copy of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design - 2 copies of the executive design. The project of recreating the surface must be agreed with the road manager with the exact scope of the necessary surface to be reconstructed (m2) and with a division into its types, i.e.: asphalt, cobblestone, tile surface, etc.2) Electronic version on an electronic medium containing the documentation: consisting of:a) Non-editable version of the documentation consisting of files containing complete documentation, the content reflecting the paper version.b) Non-editable version of the files (PDF) for the above mentioned documentation should be made as follows:- After the approval of the design documentation by the competent building administration body (with relevant Clauses) it should be scanned.- PDF files should be created on the basis of editable, scanned paper documents, which occurred only in paper version or from files which were already PDF documents (decisions, statements, agreements, drawings, attestations, approvals, protocols, instructions, etc.).- A PDF file cannot be protected against printing or have any password.- The content of the PDF file must be legible, scanned in an appropriate sharpness, the legibility of stamps and signatures must be taken into account.c) The editable version of the design documentation should be prepared in accordance with the following division: - Cost part (investor's cost estimate, summary of costs) - *.ath and *.xml files for the cost estimate, *.doc(x) and *.xls(x) for ZZKNośnik, handed over to the Purchaser, cannot be protected against copying.d) The medium must be described in a permanent and legible way (e.g. by means of overprints, stickers, technology allowing to burn inscriptions or images on plates, etc.) with the following data:- After approval of the design documentation by the competent authority of the building administration (with appropriate clauses) it should be scanned.- Full name of the task.- Task contract number with the date of signing the contract.- Documentation contractor's name.- Month and year of documentation development.- Next version number and date of modification.
