The subject of the contract is: Development of the design documentation for the task entitled: Świętokrzyska cycle path - section from the border of the Staszów Municipality to the junction with DW 757 in the town of Staszów: extension of DW 764 from km 45+907 to km 55+021, length approx. 9.1 km on the basis of:- developed by Collect Consulting ul. Rolna 14 40-555 Katowice, Poland for the Programmatic and Spatial Concept entitled: "Świętokrzyska ścieżka rowerowa - section from the border of the Staszów Municipality to the intersection with DW 757 in the town of Staszów: extension of DW764 from km 45+907 to km 55+021";- decision on the environmental conditions, IKOŚ.6220.01.2017.II dated 12.10.2017, issued by the Mayor of the Town and Municipality of Staszów.
The subject matter of the order is the "Development of project documentation entitled: "Świętokrzyska ścieżka rowerowa - section from the border of the Staszów Municipality to the junction with DW 757 in the town of Staszów: extension of DW 764 from km 45+907 to km 55+021, length: approx. 9.1 km" based on: developed by Collect Consulting ul. Rolna 14 40-555 Katowice, Poland for the Programmatic and Spatial Concept entitled: "Świętokrzyska ścieżka rowerowa - section from the border of the Staszów Municipality to the junction with DW 757 in the town of Staszów: extension of DW764 from km 45+907 to km 55+021"; decision on the environmental conditions, IKOŚ.6220.01.2017.II dated 12.10.2017r, Scope of the investment: extension of DW 764 to the parameters of a G-class road, with widening of traffic lanes, construction of bicycle paths, pavements, additional roadways, construction of drainage, reconstruction of intersections and engineering structures.The entire section of DW 764 is located in the territory of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, Staszów Poviat and Staszów Commune and runs through the following towns: Staszów town, Wólka Żabna, Czernica, Kurozwęki, Wola Osowa and Jasień.The scope of the contract includes: - performing a re-evaluation of the environmental impact at the ZRID stage (if necessary) - obtaining, on behalf of the Investor, i.e. the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Roads Authority in Kielce, all agreements and administrative decisions necessary to perform the task, including: possibly a change of the decision on environmental conditions, a water rights permit and the ZRID decision - performing a construction design - performing a detailed design and tender documentation - performing and obtaining the approval of the permanent traffic organization design - exercising the author's supervision.The Contracting Authority requires that the minimum period for which the Contractor provides a quality guarantee and warranty for defects for the completed subject matter of the contract be 24 months. Offering a longer guarantee and warranty period will result in additional points being awarded, according to the description in Chapter XX of the SWZ (Terms of Reference).2. The detailed scope of the contract, method of its execution and method of payment is included in the Technical Specification, which constitutes Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).3. The contract has not been divided into parts: The execution of the task will consist in the elaboration of a construction design for a pedestrian and bicycle path of the length of approx. 7.95 km. From the point of view of the functionality of the study, it is reasonable to create one coherent project documentation. Execution within one contract will ensure consistency of geometrical and technological solutions along the section in question. For the above reasons, the Contracting Authority is of the opinion that dividing the task into parts is unjustified. 4. The Contracting Authority does not allow submitting variant bids or bids in the form of electronic catalogues 5. the Contracting Authority does not anticipate awarding contracts referred to in article 214, section 1, item 7.6 The draft contractual provisions have been included in the model contract constituting Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ.
