Description

The subject of the Order is the development of design and formal-legal documentation related to the implementation of the following task:Task No. 1 "Reconstruction of the high-pressure gas network from the town of Markowa to the town of Husów stage III".Task No. 2 "Reconstruction of the high-pressure gas network from the town of Husów to the town of Siedleczka stage IV".Detailed description of the subject of the Order and the conditions for the execution of the Order are contained in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ and in the model contract, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, along with its annexes.
The subject of the Order is the development of design and formal and legal documentation related to the implementation of the following task: "Reconstruction of the high-pressure gas network from the town of Markowa to the town of Husów stage III "a) Obtaining extracts and extracts from the land register of the properties on which the designed gas pipeline will be located, along with the associated infrastructure (to the extent necessary for the implementation of the task).b) Preparation of maps for design purposes.c) Obtaining extracts from the Local Spatial Development Plan or, if there is no such plan, obtaining a public purpose investment localization decision for the Ordering Party.d) Obtaining consents of all property owners (or persons legally authorized to dispose of the property) to enter the area and permanently occupy the property for the purposes of the investment, together with consent to necessary tree and shrub cutting (if necessary). e) Development of a construction design constituting, in accordance with the Construction Law, the basis for obtaining a construction permit decision or notification of works that do not require a construction permit decision, including: - land development project - 3 ex. for the Contracting Authority + electronic version on CD.- architectural-construction project -3 ex. for the Contracting Authority + electronic version on CD. - technical design -3 ex. for the Ordering Party + electronic version on CD...,f) Preparation of investor's cost estimates - 2 copies for the Ordering Party.g) Before submitting the documentation for the coordination meeting (if necessary), the location of the gas pipelines' route, dam and relief systems should be agreed at the territorially competent Gas Company.h) Obtaining all required opinions, reports, agreements and decisions, including at the coordination meeting, necessary to obtain a valid construction permit, or valid notification of reconstruction.i) Obtaining, for and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, a valid construction permit or notification. j) Preparation, where required, of an inventory of tall greenery, together with obtaining a permit for the removal of trees or shrubs.k) Preparation of a detailed breakdown of the distribution network by diameter and length.l) Reporting on the status of progress in accordance with the contract. m) The material scope is presented in the Technical Conditions for reconstruction of the gas network No: PSGJA-SSSS.773.773..02.02.20 dated 30.09.2020. n) The locations of gas pipelines presented on the map bases are approximate courses and the given lengths of the designed gas network may be subject to change in the study, however, the above may not be the reason for the Contractor's claims to change the remuneration for the execution of the subject matter of the contractThe detailed description of the subject matter of the Order and the conditions for the execution of the Order are contained in the model agreement for the individual task, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, together with its appendices.
