Description

The subject of the contract is to develop project and formal and legal documentation related to the following task: "Extension of s/c gas network in msc. Rzeszów Jana Pawła II Street to Sikorskiego Avenue, Rzeszów Budziwój III Stage".
The subject of the contract is to develop design and formal and legal documentation related to the execution of the task: "Expansion of the s/c gas network in msc. Rzeszów ul. Jana Pawła II to al. Sikorskiego, gmina Rzeszów Budziwój III - Stage" according to technical conditions no: PSGJA.ZMSZ.763A.086.886927.1.19 of 26.4.2019. The approximate route of the gas pipelines is determined by a map attached to the technical conditions.The subject of the contract includes: 1. Obtaining extracts from the land register of the real estate on which the designed gas pipeline will be located together with the accompanying infrastructure.2Obtaining extracts from the Local Spatial Development Plan or, if there is no Local Spatial Development Plan, obtaining a decision on determining the location of a public purpose investment4 for the Contracting Authority. Obtaining the approvals of the owners of all properties (or persons legally authorised to dispose of the property) for the entry into the area and permanent occupation of the property for the needs of the investment together with the consent for the necessary tree and bush felling.5. Development of the construction design or the land development design together with the technical description for the submission of works not requiring the decision on the construction permit.6. Development of the investor's cost estimates.7.Obtaining all required opinions, operators, arrangements and decisions, including at the coordination meeting, necessary to obtain a valid construction permit or a valid conversion application.9. Obtaining a valid construction permit or application on behalf of the Contracting Authority.10. Developing, in the required cases, an inventory of high greenery together with obtaining a permit to remove trees or shrubs.11. Preparing a detailed breakdown of the distribution network by diameter and length.12.
