Description

The subject of the Order is the development of project documentation and cost estimates for the task entitled: "Reconstruction of the increased medium pressure gas pipeline in Żarów, ul. Armii Krajowej - Przemysłowa - Ceramiczna" and providing author's supervision services.A detailed description of the subject of the order and the manner of its implementation is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, and in the model Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
The subject matter of the order includes, in particular:1) preparation of a land development design PZT and technical design PT, as well as a bill of quantities for the reconstruction of the increased medium-pressure gas pipeline in Żarów, ul. Armii Krajowej - Przemysłowa - Ceramiczna streets,2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, for and on behalf of the Ordering Party, from a competent authority, a final construction permit decision or filing a notification, for and on behalf of the Ordering Party, of the intention to commence construction works or construction which does not require a construction permit,3) preparation of a cost estimate for the investor,4) author's supervision. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of its execution is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, and in the model Contract, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
