The mission of assistance to the project owner, technical and commissioning, aims at ensuring the supervision of the future operator, as well as the verification of the produced parts and built works, with the objective of carrying out a qualitative operation as well on the technical and, organizational aspects as on the solidity of the respect of the commitments of performances measured during the exploitation-maintenance phaseBasic tasks: o Phase 1: relating to the monitoring and verification of the design studies (final draft and programme); o Phase 2: relating to the monitoring of the execution phase (EXE and works); o Phase 3: relating to the monitoring of operations prior to acceptance, acceptance and commissioning operations; o Phase 4: Possible additional service: Possible additional service 1: Phase 1: Verification of the Building Permit file; Possible additional service 2: Phase 1: Verification of the final draft.Variants are allowed: Demonstrate that the variant brings particular added value to the achievement of the defined objectives;Tenders will be declared irregular if:- a tender for the basic solution is not submitted in the event of the submission of a variant- a PSE is not quantified
