Description

Lot 1 is a slice contract to be concluded in application of Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Purchase Order Code.The firm section contains the following tasks for equipment, pipeline, pumping station, piping, connection and securing of installations:- Preliminary Studies (PS),- Preliminary Project Studies (PPS),- Project Study (PRO),- Assistance in the awarding of works contracts (AMT),- Approval of technical documents produced by the works companies (VISA),- Management of the execution of works contracts (DET),- Assistance during acceptance operations and during the period of the guarantee of perfect completion (AOR),- A complementary mission: preparation of documents for the building permit.Optional Stage 1 contains the following tasks for any work to be carried out on a processing unit in addition to that provided for in the firm stage:- Project Study (PRO),- Assistance with the award of works contracts (AMT),- Approval of technical documents produced by the works contractors (VISA),- Works Contract Execution Directorate (DET),- Assistance with acceptance operations and during the period of the Guarantee of Perfect Completion (AOR). This is a regular market. For the totality of the works of realization of the 14 boreholes, the holder will be in charge of the following elements of mission of project management:- EP: Preliminary studies,- AVP: Preliminary project studies,- PRO: Project studies,- AMT: Assistance to the awarding of works contracts,- VISA: Visa of the technical documents produced by the works companies,- DET: Direction of the execution of the works contracts,- AOR: Assistance during the operations of acceptance and during the period of Guarantee of Perfect Completion.As well as the following additional missions:- DLE: drafting of the water law dossier relating to the creation of boreholes,- GEOL: monitoring and analysis of geological and hydrogeological data during the works,- SYNTH: synthesis of the characteristics of the catchment field carried out.
