The Contracting Authority proposes creation of two(2) qualification panel(s) for Energy Services – Consultancy and Works.During the Term, when a requirement arises under this procurement process, suppliers on the Qualification Panel(s) who have been deemed suitably qualified may be invited to submit a tender for such requirements.The scope of consultancy and works includes the following:Services & expertise required include, but are not limited to:-Energy Management Services-Building/site energy audits, surveys, energy modelling-Measurement, monitoring, targeting, controlling, verifying, calibrating services/systems-Commercial building energy ratings (BER’s) & display energy certificates (DEC’s)-Energy procurement & risk management-Energy Supply Side Services - Supply, Installations, Maintenance – Greening of Supply/Renewables, on site storage solutions-Deep retrofit designThe energy sources include, but are not limited to:-Electricity-Gas - thermal-Water-Fuels for transport
