Description

The object of the procedure is the performance of services related to the integrated management of production and distribution plants of thermal energy, as well as air conditioning and sanitary water systems, the supply of energy carriers, including minor building maintenance, upgrading and efficiency improvement interventions of technological systems.
The following activities are meant to be carried out according to the laws in force: integrated plant management services: management, operation, conduction, scheduled, periodic and preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and extraordinary maintenance of power plants and substations of energy production and distribution with regard to thermal, summer and winter air conditioning and sanitary water systems also including the service of prevention of the proliferation of legionella pneumophila; supply of fuel (methane gas); supply of materials for use and consumption, means, equipment, tools and what is necessary to ensure the quality of services in full compliance with current regulations;design, financing and execution of interventions for the energy requalification of the plants with the consequent achievement of significant reductions in polluting emissions into the atmosphere and containment of energy consumption; control, governance and general monitoring of the building-plant system; regulatory compliance interventions; everything else necessary and useful to achieve the objectives of improving emissions into the atmosphere, energy efficiency and increasing the functionality and reliability of the plants as well as the comfort of the environments according to the "turnkey" system.
