Description

You should be able to carry out an energy audit of the activities of the Tashkent thermal power plant with a documentary and instrumental survey.

It should include an analysis of the efficiency of using fuel and energy resources (FER) with an assessment of energy saving and energy efficiency measures and development of an energy efficiency programme.

Accompanying documentation must include:

- scientific and technical report
- energy passport
- programme for implementing energy saving and energy efficiency measures

All of which should take into account international standards:

- DST ISO 50002: 2015
- ISO 50002: 2014, IDT

You should have:

- the appropriate license and permits in the field of energy surveys and admission to conduct energy surveys
- a certificate of conformity with the quality management system requirements of State All-Union standard ISO 9001 to 2011 in relation to the services for conducting energy surveys, calculation and inspection of standards for technological losses of energy resources, consulting in the field of energy management
- at least 3 years of confirmed international experience in conducting energy audits in industrial enterprises in at least 2 countries
- at least 3 successfully implemented projects at production of similar projects over the past 3 years
- at least 2 letters of recommendation and positive reviews from companies for which the Performer has previously provided a service in similar projects
- experience in conducting energy surveys at industrial enterprises in the field of power engineering
- the necessary tools (or lease agreement), instrument (having valid terms of verification) and regulatory and technical support, specialised software tools (software and calculation systems) by confirming with copies of verification certificates, licenses
- a staff of qualified specialists with necessary certificates, licenses and at least 3 years' experience in the areas of expertise needed
