The City of Rotterdam invites you to participate in the Open House process: Energy Plusser. An 'Open House' is a procedure for the procurement of facilities. Based on an announcement, anyone is admitted who meets the set requirements. This procedure is meant for organizations that can provide residents in the municipality of Rotterdam with advice on how to save energy and, during the advice meeting, immediately apply small energy saving measures.
The Municipality of Rotterdam wants to enter into collaboration with organizations that can facilitate energy saving advice and the application of small measures for our target group. This will make it possible for residents of Rotterdam who are energy poor to quickly and easily make the step to a lower energy bill. Energy advice alone is not enough, measures must also be implemented. The provider must provide the necessary materials that meet the quality requirements (Appendix 4 Program of Requirements).
