Operation of rescue stations and performance of rescue services (emergency rescue and ambulance services in accordance with § 2 Para. 2 No. 1 NRettDG and § 2 Para. 2 No. 3 NRettDG) at the Weyhe-Leeste and Syke rescue stations with the following scope of provision: Weyhe-Leeste rescue station: one NEF daily all day (24 hours) on 365 days/year; one RTW daily all day (24 hours) on 365 days/year; one RTW Monday-Friday, in the period 8.00-20.00 hrs, Saturdays from 9.00-20.00 hrs, Sundays and public holidays: from 8.00-19.00 hrs.Syke Rescue Station: one RTW daily full day (24 hours) on 365 days/year; one RTW Monday-Friday, in the period from 8.00-20.00 hrs, Saturdays from 9.00-21.00 hrs as well as on Sundays and public holidays: from 9.00-19.00 hrs.In addition, a replacement RTW must be kept available as a technical reserve for deployment (without additional personnel) within the lot area 24 hours a day. As part of the extended rescue service, Lot 1 also includes the patient rack [MANV-PA (patient rack)] North according to the requirement plan. The MANV-PA (patient rack) is to be ready for departure 30 minutes after the alarm at the assembly point, which is located within the lot area, and consists of 2 crew transport vehicles (MTW) and one ambulance ambulance (GW-San). It must be equipped with personnel and material in such a way that 10 to 15 patients (5 SK I "red", 3 SK II "yellow", 7 SK III "green") can be cared for independently. The Diepholz District does not have any suitable property in the area of the Weyhe-Leeste and Syke rescue stations which could be made available to the authorized person within the scope of the assignment for lot 2. Further details can be found in the contract documents, in particular in the description of services and appendices. Operation of rescue stations and performance of rescue services (emergency rescue and patient transport in accordance with § 2 Para. 2 No. 1 NRettDG and § 2 Para. 2 No. 3 NRettDG) at the Bassum and Sulingen rescue stations with the following scope of provision:Bassum rescue station: one NEF daily all day (24 hours) on 365 days/year; one RTW daily all day (24 hours) on 365 days/year; one KTW Monday-Thursday, in the period from 7.00-15.00, Fridays from 8.00-15.00.Rescue station Sulingen: one NEF daily full day (24 hours) on 365 days/year; one RTW daily full day (24 hours) on 365 days/year; one RTW (equipped as heavy duty RTW) Monday-Friday, in the period 8.00-20.00; one KTW Monday-Thursday, in the period 8.00-15.00, Fridays from 8.00-14.00.For lot 2, the following shall be available as technical reserve for deployment, i.e. without additional personnel: a replacement RTW as technical reserve for deployment (location: within the lot area, available 24 hours a day); a NEF at the location of the Bassum rescue station (available 24 hours a day) and a KTW (location: within the district area; available on Mondays to Fridays).Thu: 7.00-15.00 and Fri: 8.00 to 15.00, except on public holidays). As part of the extended rescue service, Lot 2 also includes the transport components [MANV-T (Transport)] North and South according to the requirement plan. The MANV-T unit is to be ready for departure 30 minutes after the alarm at the assembly point, which is located within the lot area, and consists of (optionally) 5 RTWs or KTWs per transport component, whereby only 4 vehicles per transport component (north and south) are to be provided by the authorised representative, since the district's own Rettungsdienst Landkreis Diepholz gGmbH provides one RTW each for the transport components north and south including personnel. The rescue equipment must be manned by at least one paramedic (RS) and one rescue worker (RH). The Diepholz District does not have any suitable real estate in the area of the rescue stations Bassum and Sulingen that could be made available to the authorized person within the scope of the assignment for lot 2. Further details can be found in the contract documents, in particular the performance description and appendices. Operation of rescue stations and performance of rescue services (emergency rescue and patient transport in accordance with § 2 Para. 2 No. 1 NRettDG and § 2 Para. 2 No. 3 NRettDG) at the Diepholz rescue station with its Rehden and Hüde branch offices with the following scope of provision: Diepholz rescue station: one NEF daily all day (24 hours) on 365 days/year; one RTW daily all day (24 hours) on 365 days/year.Rehden branch office: one RTW daily all day (24 hours) on 365 days/year.Hüde branch office: one RTW daily all day (24 hours) on 365 days/year.In addition, a replacement RTW is to be kept available as a technical reserve (without additional personnel) within the lot area 24 hours a day. As part of the extended rescue service, lot 3 also includes the patient rack [MANV-PA (patient rack)] South according to the requirement plan. The MANV-PA (patient rack) is to be ready for departure 30 minutes after the alarm at the assembly point, which is located within the lot area, and consists of 2 crew transport vehicles (MTW) and one ambulance ambulance (GW-San). It must be equipped with personnel and material such that 10 to 15 patients (5 SC I "red", 3 SC II "yellow", 7 SC III "green") can be cared for independently. The subject of lot 3 is also the implementation of water rescue in the area of the district of Diepholz am Dümmer. This includes the staffing of a boat with a total of 4 persons for a period of 9 hours on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Pentecost Sunday up to and including August 31st, as well as, if required, for a maximum of 7 further days during this period, together with the provision of a water rescue vehicle (without additional staffing).
