Description

Hamburgische Immobiliengesellschaft für Polizei- und Feuerwehrgebäude mbH & Co KG intends to build a fire and rescue station with sheds for the Hamburg fire department's emergency vehicles on a plot of land in Schnelsen directly adjacent to Schleswiger Damm. The project is being managed by Sprinkenhof GmbH.

The building has 3 floors. Vertical access is via 3 stairwells and various chute shafts. A sports field is located on the roof of the building and is shielded from the natural environment by a ball catcher. There is also an indoor sports area on the upper floor.
