Description

Open computerized procedure for the maintenance of lifts at the G. Brotzu Hospital in Cagliari for three years, to be carried out through the use of the SardegnaCAT telematic platform, pursuant to articles 58 and 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. The service includes: 1) ordinary maintenance and operational supervision of the lift systems, present in the Company's buildings and its sub-services (restoration of the normal operating conditions of the equipment and components of the lift systems, supply of materials, management service with maintenance technicians, etc.) as better identified in the tender documentation; 2) extraordinary maintenance interventions necessary for the repair and restoration of the functioning of the systems, as better identified in the tender documentation.
The aim of the contract is to ensure the safe and efficient use of the Company's vertical and horizontal transport systems. To this end, the overall picture of the services to be provided, and in particular that relating to the manner in which they are carried out, must first and foremost be based on and designed to ensure and guarantee: - levels of safety, equal to or higher than those prescribed by the regulations in force for vertical and horizontal transport systems; - a level of quality that can be seen in the performance of the services by qualified personnel trained in accordance with the regulations in force; - the presence of appropriate reports to provide documentary evidence of the services carried out to maintain the above requirements.
