Description

The whole subject of the contract includes execution:1) Design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all supplies and commissioning of infrastructure, including the performance of required construction works and obtaining for it all required opinions, agreements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary for the performance of the subject matter of the Purchase Order;2) All works, including works in accordance with the scope of the Contract on the basis of design documentation prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Awarding Entity, referred to in item 1, and all preparatory works necessary to perform the scope of the Contract and all activities required by law; 3) Supply, installation and commissioning of equipment performing the said tasks of dynamic passenger information and video monitoring, together with the accompanying infrastructure;5) Design, supply and implementation of infrastructure in the facilities of technical facilities, necessary to ensure service by technical staff and railway security staff in the scope of the Contract; the Contract covers adaptation and construction works necessary for its implementation within passenger service facilities in the scope of teletechnical sewage system, supporting structures, access cabinets and references to optical fibre route resources.As part of the contract execution, the Contractor shall design, deliver and launch the access layer of the teletransmission network (IP MPLS access network) for the facilities covered by the contract. Executes the connection of passenger service facilities to the Employer's optical fiber-optic route network by connecting passenger service facilities and technologically related technical facilities (control rooms, LCSs, SOK stations, etc.) - on the railway lines indicated in the subject of the contract. It will establish access network nodes to aggregation nodes implemented by the Ordering Party of the IP MPLS teletransmission network, ensuring security of continuity of services and security of transmitted data for passenger information services and viewing passenger stations. The Contractor shall use homogeneous technical solutions with IP MPLS teletransmission network implemented by the Contracting Authority and supervisory and administrative systems applied for its implementation. On the basis of local inspections and technical analysis, the Contractor shall design the connection of the designed access network layer being the subject of the Order with the facilities of CPD Warszawa or CPD Sosnowiec (Data Processing Centres) with the use of the existing fibre backbone network of the Contracting Authority.The Contracting Authority shall pay special attention to the fact that the whole subject of the Order should be performed in accordance with the PRM TSI and Technical Standards.The detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in Volume III of the ToR.
