The Ordering Party requires a deposit of 700,00 PLN. The security deposit must secure the tender for the relevant part of the contract for the entire duration of the tender period. A Bid submitted by a Bidder who fails to pay the bid security or secure the bid with an acceptable form of security within the deadline will be rejected from the procedure pursuant to Article 89(1)(7b) of the PPL.
