Description
The present call for tenders concerns the construction and operation of electricity production Facilities located in mainland France that use mechanical wind energy.2 Pursuant to Article L. 311-12 of the Energy Code, the successful applicants designated by the Minister in charge of energy benefit from a contract for additional remuneration for the electricity produced, drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 311-13-2 to L. 311-13-4 of the Energy Code and in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the specifications.
Are eligible for the call for tenders the Facilities not eligible for a purchase contract taken in application of an order mentioned in article R. 314-12 of the energy code.Are also eligible the Facilities having, under the order of 13.12.2016 setting the conditions for the remuneration supplement for electricity produced by electricity generation facilities using mechanical wind energy, a remuneration supplement contract application declared complete by EDF or a remuneration supplement contract signed in advance and not yet effective: the characteristics of the Facility mentioned in the applicant's offer (in particular power and/or number of masts) may differ from the characteristics mentioned in the aforementioned contract application or contract signed in advance.The cumulative power demand is divided into application periods, spread over five years. The applicant whose bid has been accepted undertakes to complete its installation before the deadline defined in the specifications.
