The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. Energy Law, the Civil Code and implementing regulations issued on their basis. Procurement - purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ: The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 8,299,457.00 kWh.
1 The subject matter of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997. The Municipality of Drzewica and members of the Purchasing Group and their organizational units shall conclude separate agreements resulting from this public procurement procedure in an open tender for the PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE PURCHASE GROUP OF THE MUNICIPAL MUNICIPALITY OF DRZEWICA Detailed information on conclusion of agreements by the Municipality and its organizational units is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. It will be the duty of the selected Contractor to represent the Contracting Authority and its organizational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of the change of seller. In order to perform the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (attachment no. 4.1 to the SWZ)2. The Contracting Authority, acting on its own behalf and on the basis of a signed Agreement (Agreement to be reviewed at the Contracting Authority's office), on behalf of:- Gmina Kielczygłów- Gmina Opoczno- Gmina Rawa Mazowiecka- Gmina Sadkowice3. Order - purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ:1) The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 8,299,457.00 kWh.2) The estimated value of the contract in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 is PLN 6,546,067.03.3) Performance of activities under the power of attorney, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Draft provisions of the contract (Appendix No. 4.1 to the SWZ), in particular, the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to notify the designated Distribution System Operator to execute the electricity sales contract concluded with the Contractor, to make declarations of intent and determine on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary information regarding the termination of the current electricity sales contract and the provision of distribution services (comprehensive contract), to represent the Ordering Party before the competent Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of the distribution services contract. 4 The Contracting Authority informs that the process of changing the seller takes place for most of the consumption points once again. All customers are entitled to benefit from the maximum price of electricity within the meaning of Article 2. paragraph 1) b of the Law of October 27, 2022 on emergency measures to reduce the amount of electricity prices and support for certain customers in 2023. The Recipients shall attach to the contracts concluded as a result of this proceeding a DECLARATION of the Eligible Recipient, as referred to in Article 2.2.b-e of the Act of October 27, 2022 on emergency measures aimed at limiting the level of electricity prices and support for certain recipients in 2023 (Journal of Laws, item 2243).Detailed information is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
