The description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.The subject matter of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the draft terms and conditions of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ.The estimated demand for electricity during the entire term of the contract is: 1,724,902.07 KWh. Electricity demand is an estimate and is subject to change. In the event of supply of electricity in an amount less than that specified above, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party.Electricity should meet the technical parameters in accordance with the principles of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (consolidated text of the Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, 1723, 2127, 2243, 2370) and the implementing acts to this Act and Polish Standards.
(1) A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (OPZ), which will be published on the website of the proceedings, i.e.: https://muzeum-wilanow.ezamawiajacy.pl.2. The estimated demand for electricity during the entire term of the contract is: 1,724,902.07 KWh. Electricity demand is an estimate and is subject to change. In the event of delivery of electricity in a quantity less than that specified above, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party.3. The Seller shall be obliged to have/enter into a valid agreement or a promise of agreement with the DSO, based on which the procedure for change of seller (ZS) to all facilities of the Ordering Party will be carried out. (4) Electricity should meet the technical parameters in accordance with the principles of the Energy Law of April 10, 1997 (consolidated text of the Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, 1723, 2127, 2243, 2370) and the implementing acts to this Law and Polish Standards.5The rules for the operation of the power system are set forth in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of May 4, 2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws 2007, No. 93, item 623, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of September 27, 2022 amending the Regulation on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws 2022, item. 2007), while the rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading are set forth in the Decree of the Minister of Climate and Environment on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws 2022 item 2505), the Law of October 27, 2022. On emergency measures to limit the amount of electricity prices and support certain consumers in 2023 (Journal of Laws 2022, item 2243) Act of October 7, 2022 on special solutions to protect electricity consumers in 2023 in connection with the situation in the electricity market (Journal of Laws 2022, items 2127 and 2243). Electricity quality standards are described in detail in the Law of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, 1723, 2127, 2243, 2370).6. Changes in distribution billing tariffs and contracted power of energy consumption points are possible at a given electricity consumption point during the term of the contract. An increase in the number of consumption points or a change in the tariff group is possible only within the tariff groups, which are included in the OPZ to the SWZ and priced in the Contractor's Offer Form (the template of the relevant offer form is attached as Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), after making the above changes with the DSO.7. Distribution System Operator (DSO): Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o. powered by E.ON.8. Current seller of electricity to the Ordering Party's facilities: Energa Obrót S.A. 472 Grunwaldzka Avenue, 80-309 Gdańsk.
